Grow profit,
not payroll.
I'm Matthias Bellmann, founder of Passion.io. I rebuilt it AI-first, from 93 people to 23. On stage I show founders how it works, with the real systems running live.

Same company.
A quarter of the team.
Passion.io went from 93 people to 23 by going AI-first. AI agents now carry the operating work, and people keep the judgment. The talk walks through how, step by step, and shows the systems doing it live.
Three talks.
All from practice.
